The inter-enterprises integration supporting cooperation is the next important trend of Management Information System(MIS), Based on analyzing challenges and developmental trend of manufacturing, development and evolution of MIS is analyzed from the point of view of integration, and three processes of inter-enterprises integration are advanced from the point of development of technology and enterprises' requirement: lean supply chain integration, collaboration integration and random cooperation integration. It is pointed that random cooperation integration is the next important phase of inter-enterprises integration. It is analyzed that realizing technology framework which random cooperation integration needs.The requirement for MIS in the environment of random cooperation is analyzed. Firstly, it is pointed that the realization of inter-operation of infrastructure, ontology and enterprise model is fundamental technological route of establishing information integrated architecture of random cooperation network, that inter-operation of enterprise model is the genuine meaning of realizing inter-enterprise cooperation, and that model driving is the core idea of realizing the framework. Thirdly, it is advanced of flexible MIS framework of opening and facing whole integration network which is based on integrated modeling and WebServices, and centers on business process management and random cooperation network platform.It is analyzed of the weakness and limit of the traditional enterprise reference architecture, aiming at the interoperation among enterprise model and supporting the separation of the business rule from the system implementation. Firstly, a five-dimension reference architecture and methodology is established, emphasizing the dynamics and uncertainty of environment for the enterprise engineering/enterprise integration, and compared with traditional reference architecture, the Methodologies Engineering Components Dimension and Enterprise Engineering & Operational Components Dimension highlight the compatibility of the enterprise modeling methodologies, which is special in this reference architecture. Secondly, it is put forward that the global core ontology is the key for the interoperation among enterprise models, Thirdly, a creation and management principle for core meta-model based on instantial version management is advanced. Fourthly, it is considered that it will reduce users' capability of extending views that depending on a certain core view maintenances the consistency of multi-views, and it is advanced to maintenance the consistency of multi-views using core meta-model, and the basic class draft is designed.
