In the background of economic globalization, the merket competition environment is more and more intense, such as personalized needs from our customers, the differences of pursuit for products and services, rapid changes in the life cycle of commodities, and the variables from information technology, and so on. And this kind of intense market environment gradually took Single product price competition situation eliminated From the enterprise competition.Now the competition mainly reflects in enterprise management level and organization skills competition, it is more requirements for enterprise to have the ability to adapt to market changes.In 1990 s, American scholars Hammer and James Champy first put forward BPR (Business Process Reengineering),based on the future of environmental changes forecast and the needs of the development of the organization. BPR causes world within the scope of the research of boom, and through the countries scholars’ research further evolved into process management. Through the analysis of the enterprise existing process, to optimize and improve process, process management finally worked out a set of standard processes, and dynamic management, to ensure that the process of each step to get maximum value added value, and to achieve the goal of reform and improve enterprise.Since the beginning of process in western, western countries have carried on a large amount of research on theory and practice. In order to realize the process-centered management, many enterprises in Europe and America began to carry out business process reengineering program, and achieved considerable effect, thus summed up a lot of valuable theory and actual combat experience. Numerous enterprises in our country started on the basis of these results,to explore and practice process management concept, but due to the cultural differences and lack of experience, most of the business only to those performed in management concept and external manifestations have a superficial knowledge of pursuit, forget the essence of management, blindly follow the trend, the result both consume a lot of resources, but also cannot enhance the management level, do not have the desired effect, success rate is very low.With the development of modern social information technology and e-commerce, the cooperation between the enterprise has the communication dynamics, external publicity of the open, to adapt to the social system and the basic features of flexibility, the enterprise business process demonstrated the agility and dynamic characteristics, the traditional business process management can not adapt to the rapid changes of the external environment. Enterprise business process must have to adapt to the need of such basic characteristics, facing the rapid change of social environment, through the enterprise within the members of the collaboration for customer’s favor.To gain competitive advantage and win the competition. In the modern enterprise management, management of the process model improvements, customer demand changes, it is to promote processes often occur changes author. Today’s business environment often change, in order to adapt to this change, the enterprise must be based on business needs, quickly and flexibly according to the change of the environment to achieve business process management."Flexible process management" is in such kind of environment, proposed by scholars and conduct in-depth research, it encourages process management from design to operation can be flexible. "Flexible process management" makes the enterprise process management to adapt to the basic characteristics of the modern enterprise cooperation.Process management has been more and more widely applied in the enterprises, but its popularity rate is still very low, This shows that our country enterprise in the process management is still have a long way to go. Especially in China’s vast market of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper is to attempt to wuxi H company through implementation process management process, to find out in the implementation of the problem, and then proposes feasible solutions, but also to the rest of the small and medium-sized enterprises to provide a reference.This article through to the Wuxi H company process management process research and analysis, using the method of combining theory and practice, the process management theory with the actual operation of the combination, so as to find out the process management in the process of implementation of the problem, and aims at the question to propose the feasible solution.This paper is structured as follows:The first chapter:mainly on the research background and the significance, content and objectives, ideas and methods are presented in this paper. The second chapter:on the need to draw lessons from the relevant theoretical basis are described, mainly include:process management, process reengineering theory, theory of flexible management, and flexible business process management thought.The third chapter:first to the Wuxi H company" family type enterprise management mode" were introduced, followed by the introduction of flexible management. Through the current situation of H company to discuss the implementation of process management the necessity, and further introduces the process of formulating and implementing steps, finally establishing process management performance evaluation model.The fourth chapter:introduces the questionnaire design, and through the questionnaire data statistical result, find out the H process management problem in.The fifth chapter:analysis of the causes of these problems.The sixth chapter:the problems and causes on the basis of the analysis, the feasibility of the proposed countermeasures, main measures are:to strengthen the flexible thought permeable, flexible management falls to real point; obtain top leadership of the attention and support to encourage the full participation of management; process management; organization staff to carry out flow management training and so on.The seventh chapter:the summary of the thesis, and the opportunities for future research.Through this study, I hope to achieve the following two goals:1.From the perspective of flexible business process management problems, from a new point of view to improve process management, process theory application to develop the new direction.2. Flexible management and process management together, for enterprise managers to provide some feasible solutions, to provide theoretical guidance for the practice, thus optimizing the business process, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Because of my theory and practice are still lacking in experience, the study has certain limitations, some of the problems in the text no expansion, remains to be further explored.
