Study On Process Management Of Huabei Petrochemical Company

Under the environment of global market and market economy, along with the advent of information times, more and more enterprises recognize that the competitive focus should transfer from the material taches and technology problems, producing, providing and marketing service, to some process facts such as organization structure and operation system. Based on analyzing the content of carrying on process management, the thesis discussed the implementing of process management, the foundation of process management system and the designment of organization based on process management in Huabei Petrochemical Company. Besides, the paper expanded to the study of inter-enterprise process management level.
