Circular Economy Principles

Circular economy is the shorted form of closed substance circular economy .It is different from traditional industry pattern , from source to products and waste discharge .It is characterised as substance circular economy ,which is from resource to products and recycle resource.Circular economy contains three basic principles .They are reduce,reuse and recycle(so called 3R principles) .Circular economy stresses on harmonizing economy with ecology. It is acknowledged as main road to sustainable development. Now days, Germany and Japan are in advance in the whole world, who have been building circular society system as sustainable development road. So far as China concerned , developing circular economy can alleviates resource pressure ,prevent and cure pollution ,and also can increase employment, by extending industry chain and developing ecology protection industry. Also it can promote Chinese products more competitive. We should implement the scientific concept of development and realize the society sustainable development. Circular economy is to resolve the resource constrict to economy. It is guided by ecology, stresses on"recycle make economy",through economy ecologization.
