Human Capital, Financial Theory

It has been forty years since the establishment of human capital theory. The study of this theory is mainly about the following aspects: Human capital investment; contribution of human capital to economic growth; character, transaction and incentive of human capital property rights; pricing and measurement of human capital and so on. The studies on human capital so far stay in the field of economics, and it focus on macroeconomics. Most studies of human capital on the business level just view human capital as assets. It does not study human capital from the aspect of finance. Nowadays finance systems of enterprises seldom have systematic theory and approach of human capital management. Therefore it is of great significance to study human capital finance and establish its theoretical framework, which will be useful in practice.In view of business level, this thesis studies human capital from the aspects of pricing, financing, investment and income from property. And it established the fundamental framework of human capital finance theory. This thesis contains ten parts, and its content is as the follows:1.
