Now employment in our economy and society is a hot topic. In the past long period of time, the employment about university graduate was the main part of the employment about graduate. On the contrary, the research of employment about undergraduate was deficient. The past research of employment about undergraduate was mostly by pedagogy angle of view, by sociological angle of view, and by economic angle of view. In my paper, I analysis the human capital deterioration of undergraduate by human capital theory view.Since 2003 the graduate student increased enrollment has been caused the difficult in employment. The past studies were mostly in how to raise graduate student's raise level , in the analysis affecting graduate student's employment factor , in how to sharpen graduate student's employment ability ,and so on. What stressed is in the employment question employment rate. On the contrary, very little pays attention to graduate student's employment quality. What is the gotten employed graduate student's employment quality? In the paper I analyze graduate student's work status by the human capital deterioration.In the paper I use the two methods .One is the canonical parse and the other is the empirical analysis. The Human capital theory and the graduate student human capital deterioration oretical analysis use the canonical parse method, while the human capital deterioration survey of the graduate student uses the empirical analysis method .The purpose of the empirical analysis method is solving the actual existence problem using the theory. In addition, in the paper, I use economic analysis method. Through supply and demand analysis graduate student's income changes will present, thus, the human capital deterioration will present.The paper contains six parts. The first part contains the basic theory concerning graduate student gets employment.
