A Disscusion Of The Relation Of Shandong's Coal Resource And Economy Development

Energy is the motivation in developing economy. In the research of energy and the development of economy, the theories of Engineering Dynamics, Regional Economy, and Environmental Economy have been deeply studied in the relationship between the energy and the development of economy, as well some factors to effect the development of economy are analyzed, which shows that the economy, energy and environment are interacted as a whole system. By using the principle of Engineering Dynamics of this paper analyzes the relationship of coal resource in Shandong Province and the development of economy, brings forward the development model of energy, environment and economy. At the same time by means of researching the supply and demand of coal resource in Shandong province, this paper proposes the forecasted model of coal resource need as well as the model checked. At last according to the research of the coal resource in Shandong province, the development of economy and the structural relationship, this paper gives the strategy to improve the economy steadily growing. On the base of actual research, by using the empirical analysis, analysis of relativity and analysis of regression, this paper has analyzed and discussed the production and consumption of coal in Shandong Province in detail, including how to develop and utilize the coal resource, the relationship of coal resource and the development of economy, the status of coal resource in the energy and the forecasted need of coal resource. The following are the conclusion: (1) The production of coal in Shandong Province will reach 1.3-1.4 billion tons in the year of 2010 and then it will descend year by year; (2) Within this recent 10 years, linear relativity will exist between the coal production and the economy in Shandong province and at the same time the linear relativity will exist as well between the consumption of coal and the economy, however, the increasing rate of them does not have the same principle; (3) In the recent 10 years, the devotion rate of coal in Shandong Province to the economy is 11.58%; (4) In the recent 10 years, the rate of coal production in the total energy production increasing year by year and in the year 2004, it reached 72.68%, while the rate of coal consumption in the total energy production still stayed around 77%; (5) Until 2010, the need of coal in Shandong Province will reach 192828.2 thousand tce and at the same time the net quantity of the coal...
