Study On The Healthy Exploitation And Utilization Models Of Land Resource In The Drawdown Area Of Reservoirs In Hubei Province

The land resource between drawdown area of reservoirs is precious reserved land resources. Once it was used effectively, the land possibly becomes a new point on the growth of economic development in the reservoir area, and it will play a positive role especially in restoring and the improvement of ecological environment as well as the farmers' income. Through the healthy exploitation of land resources to develop the economy of reservoir shore, both promoting the economy of the mountainous regions upward and drawing the water area economy downward is included so that the total economy of the reservoir areas in Hubei would be taken. Although the research results aim at the drawdown region of reservoirs, they may be applied widely to the exploitation of the water-level-fluctuating zones of lakes and rivers, tidal mudflat near shallow seas, undeveloped water area and wetland. Apparently, it is of great realistic and theoretic value for discussing effective ways and healthy developing models of the drawdown area resource and mastering the focus of developing agriculture resource in area, which can increase the income of farmers.According to the characteristics of the drawdown area, combining with the former research and writer's phrases results of small-scale experiments, the main contents of research for the writing purpose includes: (1)Research on the status and exploitation of land resources in the drawdown area in Hubei. (2)The paper discusses healthy exploitation and utilization models, analyzes and forecasts the exploitation benefits and impacts to increase peasants' income. (3)The empirical analysis of land exploitation in the drawdown area. (4)The conclusion and discussion. This part appraises the four models in order to make better choice.The paper possibly has three aspects innovations. Firstly, the paper finds out total and exploited quantity of land resources in the drawdown area in Hubei, as well as the situation of region and elevation distribution.
