Compared to developed countries and areas, high-tech enterprises in our country are encountered with problems like a relatively late start-up and slow development. Consequently, their contributions to the development of economy and society are not significant. For their development and enhancement, high-tech enterprises need policy supports from the country on the one side. On the other side, this also depends on their own scientific management. Clearly, the latter is the essential factor.The focus of the dissertation is to resolve the problem that strategic management patterns of our high-tech enterprises are too linear, steady and lack of flexibility. From the perspective of systems theory, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis, this dissertation performs a systematic study on strategic thinking patterns, strategic management patterns, and the process system and supporting conditions of the dynamization of strategic management patterns.The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Based on the idea of integration, this dissertation proposes an innovative pattern for the strategic thinking in high-tech enterprises. The logic starting points of strategic thinking in high-tech enterprises are suggested to be changed from"competition","resource", or"custom"in traditional thinking patterns to a"combination"concept using"custom value as starting point","resource capability as guarantee", and"industry structure as turning opportunity", so that high-tech enterprises fulfill complicated, turbulent, fast-changing environmental requirements..(2) According to the notion of strategic adjustment, a dynamization pattern is proposed for the strategic management in high-tech enterprises. A novel strategic management pattern is constructed, which is nonlinear, network-structural and dynamic-flexible. This dissertation introduces the concept of"strategic adjustment". It is believed that strategic adjustment possibly takes place at any stage of the strategic management process. Specifically, the transition from one management model to another is jump- or spiral- style.(3) Based on the principle of Balance Score Card (BSC), a process analysis model is put forward for the strategic management in high-tech enterprises.
