Research On Selection Of Tech-innovation Strategic Pattern Of High-technological Enterprise Based On Tech-innovation Ability Under The Dynamic Environment

High-technological enterprise is the driving force for the whole society to condense technological innovation ability.The healthy development of high-technological enterprise has strategic significance for the economic development of the state and region and upgrading comprehensive strength.On the one hand,the size and quantity of high-technological enterprise keeps a better growth under the policy named mass innovation implement by State Council.On the other hand,high-technological enterprises face serious challenges of technology updating and fast diffusion,frequent iteration of market demand and shortening production life cycle.It's important to choose the proper innovational strategy for the existing and development.However,the study on how to evaluate and choose the matching innovational strategy under the dynamic environment is insufficiency.For those reasons,the study on selection of tech-innovation strategic pattern of high-technological enterprise based on tech-innovation ability under the dynamic environment is theoretical significance and practical value.This paper discusses four aspects as below,first,to analyze and set a model of comprehensive effect under dynamic environment and abilities of technology innovation to the selection of strategy by theory.Second,we set an evaluation system by analysis innovational factors such as innovation ability and environment.We draw the weight data by live questionnaire survey for experts in the industry.Third,we take NL,a famous high-technological enterprise located in Fujian Province as an example.Through brief induction of development,production,business,technology,organizational structure and HR structure,we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,EFE(ExternalFactor Evaluation Matrix)and QSPM(Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix)to evaluate innovational ability,innovational strategic environment and strategic pattern respectively.Finally,we get management suggestion for NL company.This paper analyzes the problems in the election of technological innovation strategic pattern by discussing the problems of the strategy selection of technological innovation in high-tech enterprises,discusses the method of using the quantitative strategy decision model to select the technology innovation strategy,and also puts forward the strategic innovation environment and the technical innovation ability evaluation system construction method.This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice of election of technological innovation strategic pattern,which provides a reference for high-tech enterprises decision-making technology innovation strategy and promotion of technological innovation performance.
