With the increasingly complex trend of construction project, traditional management pattern can't meet and adapt to the management need of complex construction project, and a new and adaptive management pattern is cried for. Complex system theory provides some new paradigms and combining the complex science with project management theory is an effective way to investigate the project management of complex construction. Based on synergy and synergy science theory, complex adaptive system theory and emergence theory, this dissertation has had an elaborate groundwork study on the synergic management mechanism of multi-object, whole process, each member and information elements and has put forward some useful methods. The study is not only of important theory value, but also of positive reality meaning.The textual main work and innovation points include:Firstly: The framework of construction project system is established based on system science theory, and the complex adaptive features of construction project system are explored according to complex system theory.Secondly: The emergence effect of synergy is firstly demonstrated; then two-dimension chart of the relationship between the whole system emergence and synergy span, also synergy depth is set up, the whole interface synergy model of construction project management based on flexible interface is brought forward, and emergence model of construction project management system is established based on interface synergy; lastly, the interfaces between the sub-systems of object, organization, process and so on are analyzed and the whole conception model of construction project synergy management is founded.Thirdly: The concepts of efficacy coefficient and system harmony extent are introduced, sub-object system efficacy function of cost, time, quality and resources is set up separately, the model of multi-object system harmony extent of construction project management is proposed accordingly and arithmetic of Particle Swarm Optimization is applied to model optimizing.Fourthly: Process modeling tool of Petri net (PN) is applied to synergic management process of construction project for the first time, the workflow model of construction project is set up based on timed and colored PN and the PN process models of whole life cycle and four phases are separately established.
