Land policy affecting macro-control is a great theoretical and practical innovation in economic and social development at present in China. Finally, due to the obstacles of land policy affecting macro-control, this thesis explores the paths to optimize macro-environment and micro-environment of exerting land policy to macro-control, and makes a concrete suggestion of optimizing path.1. Construct a theoretical model of land policy affecting macro-control. Analysing the relation between land and national economy operation, researching the category of land supply-demand of balance and balancing machine based on the theory of the land supply-demand balance, and analyse the impact of price mechanism and government's macro-control mechanism on supply-demand balance of the land market.2. Contrive the mechanism of land policy affecting macro-control. Devise the mechanism in the aspects of Land value regulation and control and land income distribution, and again analyse the effect of the regulation and control.3. Construct the policy system of land policy affecting macro-control. Probe into the ultimate aim, intervention goal, policy instrument and conduction mechanism of land policy systematically, and construct an integrated policy system of land participation into macro-control.4. Research quantitatively the indicator relation between land supply and macroeconomic and verify the multifactor causality. Analyse indices change relation between land supply and population, GDP, fixed assets investment, government revenue and expenditure. Advance definitely to construct the macro-control system that land policy affecting centering on land supply.5. Devise coordination mechanism between land policy and the other macro-control policies,including 3 models of land policy participation in macro-control and 8 schemes of harmony between land, fiscal and monetary policies.6.
