The economical globalization as well as the knowledge economy environment, request organizations to have the ability of unceasingly seeking the new strategy, rapid transformation and innovation, that is organizational learning (OL) capability. Through the theoretical analysis and case studies, this dissertation tries to find the general character or the essence of theory, implementation, and appraisal of OL, which is helpful to propose a reasonable and operable implementation frame and appraisal method of OL.First, the course and present situation of the research on the connotation, principle, practice and appraisal of OL are systematically studied, classified and appraised. Based on the comparison of knowledge convening and fermenting model with contingency theory, cognition theory, process theory, result theory, and system theory, four aspects of knowledge convening and fermenting model are discussed, which impels organizational learning theory.Through analyzing several dozens of OL practice cases in domestic and foreign by knowledge convening and fermenting model, the paper abstracts nine valuable general character experiences from the successful experiences or defeat lessons, which provide the practice support for the research of implementation frame of OL.Based on theoretical analysis and case studies, a systemic and operable implementation frame is proposed, and the adaptable organizational structure and management pattern are elaborated. Appraisal of OL practices and analysis of implementation barriers are carried on from the angle of convening and fermenting model. According to logical incrementalism, the dissertation proposes the thought of carrying out and managing OL by phases and regarding OL project as the combination of sub-items, in the process of which, TRIZ theory is introduced as the principle of OL tactic selection. At the same time, using for reference of project management, the paper divides OL into three stages—prototype, expansion and institutionalize stage, and has produced target system and key examinations of each stage.While index system of devotion and output of OL are analyzed, and then maturity model of OL is designed. Then six key factors of organization performance, productivity, cost, quality, market share, knowledge accumulates and innovation ability of the organization, are found from the aspect of BSC. Further quantificationmodel of the output of OL based production function theory is established.After studying characteristics of OL project implementation, the paper proposes a dynamic cyclical management construction within the stage of OL, and then introduces real options theory into OL appraisal domain. In the following, characteristics of finance option, real option and OL option is compared and detailed classification of OL is made.On the basis of seeing about the precondition of applying Black-Scholes option pricing model to OL option and analyzing corresponding relations of OL option and American call option, the significance and the origin of various parameters in the Black-Scholes formula are explained, and calculation example is given. Since OL investment behavior is regarded as compound options, in virtue of multi-stages binomial pricing model, the paper designs the appraisal of OL investment, which including model supposition, deduce process and application example.
