Research On The Impact Of Rural Human Resources Development On Promoting The Coordinative Development Of Urban-Rural Areas

As a result of the political, economic, historical and other factors, our country has implemented the imbalanced development strategy, the substantial resources which belonged to rural were occupyied by city, especially since the reform and opening up.With the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization,the gap between urban and rural areas is widened.The gap between urban and rural areas is not good for China’s long-term healthy development of economy, but also not good for the requirements of building a harmonious society.Human resource is the fundamental resource and the first resource. The "Twelfth five-year plan" clearly pointed out, to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development as the main line, accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development in China’s economic and social fields is a profound change in social and economic development,which must be throughout the whole field. Our nation’s rural human resources quantity is numerous but quality is poor. Urban and rural human resources development imbalance is currently a very outstanding contradiction in all kinds of coordinative development of urban-rural areas,which is the fundamental factors restricting the further development.As a result, the development of rural hunman reources is of extraordinary significance.In this paper, the impact of the development of rural huaman reources on the coordinative development of urban-rural areas is discussed in theory, at the same time, a large amount of data analysis of rural human resources development about Jiangsu Province is showed,the impact of the development of rural huaman reources on the coordinative development of urban-rural areas is analyzed in econometric methods. The empirical research results show that there is a positive relationship between the development of rural huaman reources and the coordinative development of urban-rural areas, the development of rural huaman reources can effectively promote the coordinative development of urban and rural areas. But the situation about the development of rural human resources is not optimistic, rural labor quality is poor, rural social security level is not high, and the rural manpower resource configuration is unreasonable,which seriously hinder the coordinative development of urban-rural areas.Finally the paper proposes five suggestions,the first is to perfect the government dominant mode of the development of rural human resources,the second is to improve the quality of rural labor force,the third is to improve rural labor skill level, the fourth is to improve the level of rural social security, the fifth is to optimize the rural human resource configuration.
