Research On The Core Competency Of County Economy Of Heilongjiang Province

Nowadays, our national economy is developing rapidly, not only from population andregion scale owned by county, but also from department's structure, investment andconsumption demand of national economy, the station of county economy is more and moreoutstanding. The development of economy lets people see more and more clearly that withoutthe village modernization, there is no the whole country modernization; without easy living ofnine hundred million farmers, there is no easy living of the whole country. Developing andenlarging county economy is the important content and necessity demand of building aharmonious society and initiating the socialism project with Chinese characteristics. The 16thNational Congress of the Communist Party of China definitely puts forward the idea of"enlarging county economy". The Third Plenary Session of the 16th National Congress furtheremphasizes the idea of "vigorously developing the county economy". It is new way ofeconomic development that is brought up according to the special condition of our country thatwe have a huge county population and a vast county area.It is important problem demanded solving urgently during the county economydeveloping process that the county how to advance competitive superiority and enforcecompetency based on its conditions of resource, region, technology, knowledge, culture. Today,facing the market economy tidal wave, information industry growing up and knowledgeeconomy challenge, the new restrict factors such as culture storage, economy ethic, science andtechnology, industry structure emerging in endlessly, people general have no clearly cognitionto how about the competitive superiority, where is the competency increasing point and how tocultivate the competency, have no adequate recognition of cultivating competency, give uptheir inhere strength, chase and imitate blindly the pattern of advancing county, result theidentity of county economy industry and competency decreasing. Therefore, it became urgentdemand to expedite county economy developing, especialy to cultivate county economy corecompetency.This paper talks about the related problems of core competency of county economy basedon systematic view.
