During the last years, the county economy has become the focus of nationaleconomic development and occupied an important place in the national economy. Atthe16th National Congress of the CPC,"Strengthen the County Economy" has beenincluded on the agenda as an important reference to the economic construction andeconomic reform. The11th Five-Year Guidelines for National Economy and SocialDevelopment also involves "Support the County Economy" and "Strengthen theCounty Economy" in its contents, taking as an important objective of the nationaleconomy and social development. All this shows that it has reached the stage todevelop and strengthen the county economy. Liaoning province has taken successivemeasures to accelerate the development of the county economy.
