| A general analysis structure is established with enterprise life organism as the research target by absorbing self-organization theory, theory of enterprise life, theory of enterprise biology, theory of sustainable development and theory of grey system under the precondition of disclosing enterprise sustainable growth, on the basis of which, further researches are made into self-organization mechanism of enterprise sustainable growth, cultivation of sustainable growth abilities, evaluation of system of sustainable growth and survival competition of enterprises.First of all, life organism of enterprise and its features is analyzed, the connotation of sustainable growth is explained and the real basis for enterprise sustainable growth proposition is illustrated.Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the motivation of enterprise sustainable growth and the essential activity of enterprises--resources deployment, the sustainable growth of enterprises is regarded as the process of elevating the ability of resources deployment. A model of four latitudes is advanced and system dynamics formula is set up. The model includes industrial power, technical power, system power and market power. Uncertainty in enterprise system evolvement, sequential parameters in enterprise system, potential function and unbalance change of enterprise promote the evolvement of self-organization and sustainable growth of enterprises.Thirdly, internal connection among organizational learning, sustainable growth ability and ever-lasting competition advantages is analyzed. The logic evolvement among loops of criteria learning, ability learning and strategy study and inner factors in each learning loop promote the formation and upgrade of enterprise sustainable growth ability in an interactional way. The co-existence of enhancement loop and adjustment loop is the essential reason for the"up-limit of enterprise growth", while adjustment loop is the lever instead of enhancement loop to break through enterprise growth limit and drive the sustainable growth. The ultimate approach to promote the sustainable growth ability is to keep on organizational learning and execute learning-style organization.Fourthly, by applying the ways of interview and experts'opinions, a system of evaluation index for industrial enterprise sustainable growth ability is established according to the four latitudes of enterprise industrial power, technical power, system power and market power, which is more comprehensive and more easily to execute. A multi-level model of grey evaluation is set up to measure the state of sustainable growth ability, a second one of grey connection entropy to assess the dynamic evolving trend of sustainable growth ability and another one of grey incidence to measure the chart of sequence of sustainable growth abilities.Finally, the survival competition of sustainable growth is probed into. Survival optimization model of enterprise system, growth optimization model, growth dynamics model and competition dynamics model are set up.Main innovation of this dissertation lies in the following aspects:(1) A model of four latitudes is advanced and system evaluation formula is set up. The model includes industrial power latitude, technical power latitude, system power latitude and market power latitude. Uncertainty in enterprise system evolvement, sequential parameters in enterprise system, potential function and unbalance change of enterprise promote the evolvement of self-organization of enterprises.(2) A model of"ability levels"is formed reflecting the internal connection among organizational learning, sustainable growth ability and ever-lasting competitive advantages, and the creation mechanism of sustainable growth is illustrated by"model of levels of lanterns".(3) A system of evaluation index for industrial enterprise sustainable growth ability according to the four latitudes of abilities. A multi-level model of gray evaluation is set up to measure the state of sustainable growth ability, a second one of gray connection entropy to assess the dynamic evolving trend of sustainable growth ability and another one of gray connection to measure the chart of sequence of sustainable growth abilities.(4) Survival optimization model of enterprise system, growth optimization model, growth dynamics model and competition dynamics model are set up, which is on the basis of profit index reflecting survival of enterprises and market coverage index reflecting comprehensive development and market competition.
