Research On ERP Production Batch Customized Development

Batch customization is an important research direction of enterprise resource planning(ERP) systems. In order to solve problems such as large scales, too much rigidity, lowindustry pertinence and heavy customization effort, etc, which commonly exist incommercially available general ERP products at present, it is a feasible approach to thedevelopment of ERP batch customized system, under the guidance of theories such asenterprise modeling, domain-specific engineering and software reuse methodology.Batch customization satisfies the personalized demand of users by production costand time. ERP batch customization models enterprise business and becomes abstractlyenterprise business into software components, saves in software components databasethrough using the manufacturing multi-varieties and few batch customization pattern inERP software production. When enterprise customer customizes ERP system,personalization required ERP system is customized to realize software agile productionthrough reuse business components on basis of enterprise requirement. In this way,development cost and time can be reduced and the flexibility and adaptability of ERPsystem can be enhanced.The paper studies the batch customization theory and method based on version batchcustomization driven by enterprise requirement comprehensively from dynamic enterprisemodeling theory, reconstructible enterprise information system development, ERP productversion management and enterprise application integration. And based on this, ERP systemsoftware model under the opening environment is studied for supporting the constructionand management of ERP system.Dynamic enterprise modeling (DEM) is the process of enterprise model optimizationfollowing the business process of enterprise. The DEM based on customer analysis is putforward on the basis of studying the theory and method of DEM, and the ERP systemDEM based on batch customization is put forward on the basis of studying the ERPdynamic enterprise model and the modeling step detailed.The paper put forward the ERP reconstructible development model oriented customerrequirement in view of ERP production development, application software reuse, softwarecomponents and domain engineering. Multilevel version management model of versionERP product development is put forward through studying the management method ofsoftware configuring and the product development and version management of ERP. ERP batch customization model based on version batch customization driven by enterpriserequirement is put forward for increasing flexibility and adaptability on basis of abovestudying work.Under the opening, dynamic and changeable environment, resource sharing andintegration has become the challenge of computer software technology, so coordinationERP software model based on Agent service is proposed.
