Research Of Software Outsourcing Risk Management Based On CMMI Under Principal-Agent Game Perspective

In recent years, China's software outsourcing industry develops rapidly. There is growing awareness of the importance of risk management research for the healthy and rapid development of the software outsourcing industry. Under the perspective of principal-agent game, this paper builds enterprise's risk management structure equation modeling of software outsourcing entire process based on the theory of CMMI.In the model which is built, this paper explores the risk factors' influence of weight among the principal, process and agent in the view of the principal. Then this paper takes the load factors of road map in the structure equation modeling into the risk management database based on CMMI as risk weighting factors, and make the results of structure equation modeling merge with the risk management thoughts of CMMI.On the basis of the evaluation of the effect of structure equation modeling, this paper puts forward that the principal should pay more attention to personal's risk factors when focusing on the risk factors of process, and then control and evaluate the risk factors of software agency. After this, we can achieve the improvement and optimization of enterprise's software outsourcing risk management on the idea level. Finally this will help us apply scientific and comprehensive risk management to enterprise's software outsourcing, and promote sustainable and healthy development of China's software outsourcing industry.
