Along with the combination of mobile communication and Internet,the rising mobile phone software enterprises come into being.Under the condition of market expending,mobile phone software enterprises show its rapid development trend.At one time,some according management leakage and developing bottleneck base on overheating are unveiled.As one important part of enterprise management, performances management and its imperfect and distemperedness conflict with requirements of enterprise development.And more and more managers have already recognized that establishment,execution and optimization of enterprise performances management system will play the key role of shaping core competitiveness and people oriented enterprise culture.Firstly,this thesis will summarize characteristics of enterprise infrastructure and people structure,and discover some current performances management issues,consist of misunderstanding,lower adaptability,lacking arrangement,unclear work breakdown, outstanding staff mobility and inefficient cooperation.The thesis will discuss advanced solutions and upgrade strategies for performances management to cover and practice applicability,coordination,efficient first principle of performances management with emphasizing effectual communication and search for according dynamic performances management mode.Otherwise,instance method will be used to choice mobile securities enterprise typically and illuminate where problems are,then search for realistic methods to scheme arrangement and schedule for enterprise.Finally,writer expect this article can endeavor to help mobile phone software enterprises and managers to succeed in below fields of establish and optimize performances management system,actualize efficient performance management, motivate all of staff,setup people oriented enterprise culture,then try to give some profitable suggestion to this young industry.
