Study On The Urban-rural Regional Systematic Interactional Development In The Northern Slope Economic Zone Of The Tian Mountain

The relationship between city and rural is the important problem in regional researches. However, most of the study on the relationship between city and rural were limited on the theoretical level; moreover, it was also lack of the systematic regional applied research at present. The urban-rural interaction developmental degree and state were evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods for the northern slope economic zone of the Tian Mountain in this article. The results are relatively objective correspondence to the state in northern slope economic zone of the Tian Mountain, which provide the scientific references for the urban-rural regional harmonious development in the northern slope economic zone of the Tian Mountain. The main content and conclusion are as follows.(1) Theories related to the urban-rural interaction development, were systematically summarized by reference overview, and the conception of urban-rural interaction development was defined. In addition, the research system of urban-rural interaction development was set up. It was from the angle of geographic space to study on the urban-rural regional interaction development, which widens the urban-rural regional research project.(2) The urban-rural interaction developmental advance was reviewed in this article. On the condition of our country, the breakthrough point of urban-rural interaction developmental research should be based on the "dual structure" and "three agro-problems", i.e., according to the regional space to study on the urban-rural relationship, in terms of the urban-rural industry to analysis the relationship between industry and agriculture and the relationships among the first industry with the second and the third industry, and in light of the population to research the relationship between peasantry and townspeople and the problem of surplus rural labor, which were the comprehensive practical application of the urban-rural interaction developmental theories. (3) The urban-rural population interactional development was estimated based on the Xinjiang ASL zoning index system and various demology indexes, which were the tentative quantitative investigation of urban-rural population interactional development. The results indicated that, in the northern slope economic zone of the Tian Mountain, the urban-rural population spatial distribution was characteristic of regional difference; In addition, the optimizational distribution of population was suggested. The rural-urban population transfer was analyzed, and the developmental path of rural-urban population ordered transfer were proposed.(4) The urban-rural industrial interactional development was evaluated according to a new view of the urban-rural harmony by urban-rural correlative analysis and estimation of urban-rural developmental stage. The results indicated that, as a whole, in the northern slope economic zone of the Tian Mountain, the urban-rural industrial interactional development were well ;However, the urban-rural industrial interactional development of some areas was negative correlation. In the northern slope economical zone, it has been in the stage of industry re-feeding agriculture, and the developmental idea and path of industry-agriculture interaction were put forward.(5) The evaluation index system and model of urban-rural harmonious degree were set up for the first time, and were also carried on a dynamic evaluation, which were the operable quantitative research the urban-rural harmonious development. The 3S technique and fractal theory were applied to study on the evolution of the urban-rural spatial configuration, which were the tentative investigation of the technique and method for the urban-rural relationship research. The results indicated that, in the northern slope economic zone of the Tian Mountain, the urban-rural interaction developmental regional difference was significant.
