Human capital is an important enterprise capital, even may be the most importantcapital. Human capital more and more was known regarding enterprise's vitalsignificance by people. At present human capital theory already became hot spotwhich the domestic and foreign scholars generally paid attention in. Its basic reasonlies in that human capital is with vital significance for enterprise and economicaldevelopment.Firstly, this disertation traced the human capital theory origin and thedevelopment history, and carried on comment to the human capital research resultsfrom Western mainstream school and Chinese scholar. We may see the meaning forenterprise of human capital has its development inevitability and the procedure:From unconsciousness to consciousness, from does not take to take, from supportingrole to leading role. With different background of each school's and each scholar's,the angle of view is different. So, the understandings to the human capital are alsodifferent. Argue still exists, even opposit viewpoint. But one point has been generallyacknowledged identically that enterprise human capital is an important subject forresearch.In the fast changing environment, the relationship between human capital andinhuman capital in the enterprise change corespodingly. The enterprise should managehuman capital with developing vision, long-term stratagem and dynamic pattern butnot traditional static method as usual. Taking it as breakthrough the disertatationdeploy the research of the dynamic management of enterprise human capital andproposed three key points which are the continuity, circulation and real-time ofmanagement. The dynamic management of enterprise human capital is classified into4 logical relative circulated and excelsior stages that are the investing, using,disposing and appraising. All these and the basic enterprise human capital theoryconsist of the main content of the first three chapters.The details in chapter 4 to 6 are concerned with the above 3 management stagesand emphasize on the introduction of methodology to improve the practice of thetheory. The dissertation makes thorough analysis on three topics: enterprise humancapital investment decision-making, strategic choice; enterprise human capitalproperty right dynamic gambling; enterprise human capital drive mechanism construction; and the enterprise human capital disposition method.Based on our country state-owned enterprise human capital present situation andexistence question, the chapter 7 brings forward some proposal.And has enumerated the America and Japan experience, produced Nanjing "442"innovation enterprise pattern case research.Perspectives on the development of human capital theory and practice arediscussed at the end of this article...
