The rapid development of industrial activity accelerated the tremendous consumption of resources and energy, which has made large-scale emissions of industrial waste, and made a serious impact and destroy on the survival of mankind. As long as the mode of green logistics management is aroused, which stresses to reduce the pollution emissions, reduce the resource consumption, the great importance of it has been attached by the government home and abroad, enterprises and academia. It is also one of the forms of circular economy in China. The aim of an integrated management of green logistics is to minimize the impact of environment from the logistics activities, and at the same time, it can save resources and energy. So, it is necessary to identify the relationship among the influential factors, environmental behaviors and performances of enterprise, and furthermore to propose an integrated management model of green logistics which can not only be adapt to the Chinese industrial enterprises, but also can provide a guidance for the implementation of an integrated management of green logistics.Firstly, this dissertation is based on the large reviews of home and abroad and the problems of the trial of Chinese circular economy industrial enterprises, proposes a framework of an integrated green logistics management for industrial firms. This framework consists of three major dimensions, namely, influential factors, environmental behaviors and enterprises performance, each dimension includes a number of sub-dimensions. This framework is mainly on effect between influential factors and environmental behaviors and the role between environmental and performance. Owing to the size and nature of the ownership of enterprise may impact the integrated management of green logistics; this dissertation considers the two factors as contextual factors seeing about the influential role in the integrated management of green logistics.Secondly, this dissertation bases on the measuring scale of green logistics management, advances the assessing criteria and content through the affirmative factor analysis and the comparison of different dimensions. The result of statistic analysis shows the assessing criteria include 15 aspects: environmental awareness, motive of environmental management, regulatory barriers, interest obstacles, relative stakeholders, marketing driving and netwok, green purchasing, establishment of environmental management system, green storage and reverse logistics, ecological design, environmental management and education, environmental performance, social performance, environmental cost saving and operation performance. Owing to it lacks literatures in the size and nature of ownership of enterprise, the research of them in this dissertation is just an exploration. After the statistic analysis, the size of enterprise plays a very influential role in the integrated management of green logistics, that is to say, it can only be implemented in a large enterprise, on the contrary, it can not be implemented in the middle of small companies; but the nature of enterprise plays a very small role. The practice proves that theses criteria can be used to measure the integrated management of green logistics.Thirdly, based on the assessing criteria and content, this dissertation construct a model of an integrated management of green logistics for industrial enterprises, namely, complex entity integrated model of green logistics. In order to prove this model can bring a certain ecological benefit, the research cites biological logistics model to construct a logistic model for an integrated green logistics management, and give an analysis of stability. The result of analysis shows that this model can bring a certain ecological benefit. And another, in order to prove this model also can bring a certain economical benefit; this research sets up an investment benefit model, the model shows whether it can bring a certain economical benefit after the implementation of an integrated management of green logistics.Lastly, this dissertation proposes the research value through actual cases of eco-chain analysis from Lubei Group and Shangdian Aluminum Group, highlights the significance of this study to finish this dissertation.
