The Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of LiaoHe Petroleum Exploration Bureau

Petroleum is called the"blood of industry". Petroleum industry is the pillar to the national economy development. The sustainable development of the petroleum enterprises links directly to the national energy security and social stability. It plays a key role in sustainable development of society and economy. Petroleum enterprises in our country are a sort of economic organizations taking oil and gas businesses as the core industry with the characteristics of enterprise-like management and operation, and performing the social functions in the communities. Therefore, sustainable development of the petroleum enterprises not only means the sustainable development of business enterprise but also the society and economy in the communities. To sustain development, the petroleum enterprises should regulate the businesses management and operation in compliance with national ecological and environmental protection laws, focus on economic efficiency, pay attention to the dynamic adjustment and optimization of the industrial structures in accordance with the economic development rules of mineral resources, drive the development of related industries and businesses together with the development of the petroleum enterprises and ultimately establish alternative businesses to support long-term and continuous prosperity of the society in the declining stage of petroleum industry.The author utilizes the theory of sustainable development strategy in this thesis to analyze related factors impacting the sustainable development strategies of petroleum enterprises, make quantitative and qualitative descriptions on concrete factors and analyze characteristics in the sustainable development stage according to the actual situations of Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau, identifies the indicators and analyzes the stages of enterprise sustainable development by adopting layer analytical method, chooses the core project for business development and reorganizes the business units according to actual situations of Liaohe, directs the selection of business strategies and makes strategy matching analysis by using SWOT method, raises the essential problems in the process of business strategy development and proposes measures to ensure human resources and talent support. The author in the paper brings forward sustainable development strategies on the basis of summarizing the research results, analyzing the environmental context and taking into consideration the actual situation of Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau by using the theories of business life cycle, factor synergy and realization path of sustainable development. The paper provides reference to those resources enterprises of the same kind to make sustainable development strategies.
