In recent years,geological prospecting economy had fallen sharply.When the classification reform of public institutions in Qinghai province about to begin,understand the vocational loyalty of young workers and take effective measures to improve it have great significance for the future reform and development of geological prospecting.This paper,based on the two-factor theory and organizational commitment theory,studied on the improvement of young workers' vocational loyalty in Bureau of Geological Exploration&Development of Qinghai via collecting firsthand data through the form of a questionnaire and using SPSS software for statistical analysis.The introduction of this paper introduces the research background,significance,objects,content and methods.The second part has combed the domestic and foreign vocational loyalty related theories and literature,introduced the theoretical basis.The third part analyzes the general status of the youth workers' vocational loyalty and the status of vocational loyalty under the characteristics of social demographics.Using correlation test and linear regression analysis,found that the main factors influencing the three dimensions of vocational loyalty has professional environment,salary and welfare,personal development,etc.The fourth part,based on the above analysis results,found that the young workers' vocational loyalty of mine bureau of qinghai province is low as a whole,showing the characteristics from low to high and then low,because of the low level of salary and benefits,the lack of personal development space reducing the vocational loyalty,young workers with high stress,marginal areas or departments have low vocational loyalty,and analyzed the main reasons.The fifth part,combining with the actual situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as promoting the transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting,improving the salary and welfare level,innovating the management mechanism,strengthening the work of the communist youth leagueand,improving the soft power of culture in order to enhance the vocational loyalty of young workers.
