Service Innovation And Its Effect On Service Economic Growth

With the rapid development of the world economy, service industry plays a significant role in the economic growth in developed countries. With the deepening of international division of labor, the increment of the service demand, the aggravating of the service industry competition, and the dropping of entering barrier, service industry shows the tendency of internationalization, standardization and customization.Chinese service industry has experienced considerable development since 1980s, however, it still need further improvement and optimization due to the domestic marketing's current situation and the requirement of economic development. Therefore, the research of model and motive factor about service innovation has positive significance for the rapid development of Chinese service industry and then to satisfy the requirement of the economic development, the social advancement and the structure transformation of market demand.Through literature analysis and drawing knowledge map relating to the service innovation, the paper showed the relating academic group and their representatives, and vividly revealed the related recent research method in this area and its developing situation. Through international comparison analysis on the development of service industry, and comparative analysis between service innovation and manufacturing innovation, as well as empirical and comparative analysis on development of different businesses in service industry, this paper made research on the "intangibility - standardization" bivariate spectrum based on the standardization degree of service industry according to ISO, BSI, DIN and Shostack's Product Tangibility Spectrum. And then innovative pattern of standardization and customization service were studied.Based on the theoretical research and the dynamic factors analysis of service innovation, with environmental factor endogenized to indirect dynamic forces of service innovation, the relationship between human capital, R&D input, environmental factor and service innovation output was analyzed systematically, the dynamic structure of service innovation was studied, the dynamic structure of R&D-intensive, human capital-intensive and innovation efficiency were proposed, and the dynamic structure of Chinese service innovation was analyzed empirically.The ultimate object of service innovation is to realize social benefit and economic profit. On the basement of the analysis of Chinese service economic growth and the theory of service innovation, the relationship between service innovation and service economy was studied based on the R&D input flow. The dynamic equilibrium relationship and general constrained mechanism between service innovation and service economy were revealed. The short-term revision of dynamic mechanism between service economic growth and service innovation is constrained by previous service innovation, which indicates that the lag effect exists when service innovation influences service economy, and the present service economic growth is affected not only by the present service innovation but also by the prophase service economic status.
