Tourist coach is the material base for realizing tour clear, and also is the necessary prerequisite for the tourist flow could be come into being. Correspondingly, the tourist coach service quality (TCSQ) can effect tourist's experiencing deeply, and is related to sustainable and healthy development of tourism industry. Especially, the visitors show more and more solicitude for self-experience of TCSQ with tourist needs in difference and personality being gradually obvious. The complaint relating to the TCSQ is encountered many times in recent years, so, it is easy to find that the basis of visitor's service quality appraise is no longer pure"luxury"in hardware or"follow big streams"than TCSQ could satisfied the individual requirement in high-quality experience whether or not.But, according to the current situation in theory studying, the researchers paid more attention to either TCSQ strategy with macroscopic view or the vehicle operation optimization, the research having synthesized theoretical innovation and demonstration analysis is comparatively rare. At same time, the available theory of service quality has already well developed, but which is short of the direct advice to the tourist coach service because of its particularity. It can be known that the theory research in TCSQ has already stagnated gravely late than practice needs at present, which is also the main studying significance of this paper.Because of the reasons mentioned above, the main contributions of this paper are as follows:Firstly, based on meticulous summary and carding to a large amount of relevant references having been carried out, the paper has pointed out the forward position direction and latent deficiency in TCSQ at home and abroad at present, and have brought forward the viewpoint that the depth studies on visitor experience in ATCS (Adaptability of Tourist Coach Service) should think synthetically of some influencing factors responding to server achievement and visitor perception, and the studying frame has also been designed out.Secondly, the paper has put forward the conception and connotation of ATCS, and theory analysis model of ATCS has been structured; then, some key questions have been refined out for the studies in real diagnosis based on the model. For embodying the request that the norm studies , this paper has done large amount of meticulous scientific job one by one, including questionnaire designing, surveying process and the data reliability and so on.Thirdly, according to theoretical analysis, the paper has assumed several influence factors and relevant index in advance on server and visitor respectively. 7 influence factors of visitor experiences in ATCS have been ascertained by confirmatory factor analysis, and the structure equation model about inherent relation of ATCS influence factors has been put up, thereby, the nature formation of ATCS influence factors have been made an explanation appropriately, as well as the effect mechanism about factors from server to visitor and the cores of ATCS controlling have also been provided.Fourthly, for clear definition the essence content of the visitor experiences in ATCS, ATCS attribute index based on"the automobile touring serves quality level (LB/T002-1995)"has been classified into two kinds, namely, the"hardness"and the"soft". 5"inflexible"common factors and 4"soft"factors have been refined out with the method of factor analysis, the factors have been named in progress respectively to enhance explanation ability. Further more, the significant difference of importance about different ATCS attribute factors to the visitor experiences has been fount out according to accumulative ANOVA contribution by factor analysis, and significant difference of different visitor experience to ATCS attribute with the census characteristics has also been discovered by means of one-way ANOVA and mean value applying.Fifthly, in order to depict the interaction effect between the service context and the visitor experience, the paper has structured respectively two layer linear model of"visitor perception—ATCS attribute"and"server performance—visitor perception of ATCS attribute"with putting server, visitor and ATCS attribute factors into a research frame of service context theory. With the HLM software, the paper has gained some valuable conclusion about the relevance of ATCS attribute and visitor perception, as well as about server's performance effecting"relevance of ATCS attribute and visitor perception". Thereby, the achievement in this chapter could strengthen the value on practice guiding.At last, the paper has pointed out main innovation in chapter of conclusion, and has looked into the future for further studying.
