Communist Party Of China Private Economic Policy Research (1949-1976)

The development of privite economy has long history. How to treat it ,which has exisited for mang years and what status it accounted for during the People' Republic of China was founded.The thesis has discussed and explored policies of the Communist Party of China towords the privite economy from three aspects during this period.The thesis is divided into five parts,the main context is as follows:The Preface explained the objects and the recent developments of the Private Ecovomy.Part One: The policies during the New Damocratic Period The thesis explained from three aspects: When the People's Republic of China was founded ,the status of the privite economy was affirmed by the Party's guide priciples in 1950. During this period , capitalist industry and commerce was supported and limited by the Communist Party of China.In order to recover national economy ,the private economy in countryside is also supported by the Party.Part two: The policies during the period of Socialist Revolution In order to transform into Socialism as soon as possible,the Communist Party of China made guide lines in 1953 .Later transformation was held on a large scale from agriculture ,handicraft work and capitalist industry and commerce.It didn't fifnished until at the end of 1956. At that time,The capitalisit industry and commerce has been transformed into public ecomomy.Agriculture was also transformed from elementary agricultural products'cooperative(in which distrbution was according to the amount of work each menber did and the amount of land he contributed )to advanced agricultural products'cooperative(in which the land other chief means of productinon were collectively owned by the co-op and the distrbution system was based on the priciple of "from each according to his ability,to each according to his work")and individual economy was transformed to collective economy.The proccess of the handicraft work has the similar steps with that of agriculture. The article wanted to analyse the Party's attitudes towords the private economy by discussed somelaws and decrees.Part three: The period of Socialist Construction TheCommunist Party continued to transform the surviving individual economy.In face of some difficuties during the transformation ,the Communist Party's attitudes towords privite economy was different.Part four: The policies during "the Great Cultural Revolution" The Communist Party's'left'errors continued to develop,the suviving individual economy was cut off as "the tail of the capitalism"Part five: Ponder two problems One was the relationship between the privite economy and the Communist Party's policies,the other was the relationship between the privite economy and the public economy.
