The trend of world economy integration has brought opportunities and latent threats to the development of all countries in the meantime. With the fact that China enters WTO, all fields in economy and society opens toward the outside world continuously. Under the impact of economic globalization, the success or failure of national enterprise will decide the nation vicissitude, and will affect the economy future of our country on very big degree thereafter. The competition promotion pattern studies on large-scale conglomerates are having importance in China. The main contents of the study mainly as follows:1. The key factor analysis of strategy driving large-scale conglomerates competition. Firstly, it looked back the development and innovation of the competition strategy theories, outlined the analysis of theory framework from Functionalism School, Ability School to Resources School. Then it has discussed the source of enterprise competition, analyzed the relationship among value chain, value system and competition strategy. Secondly, after analysis of the economy growth, its main factors and growth model, it studied the system obstacle restricting national enterprise competition in the world. Finally, it pointed out the key factors of large-scale conglomerate competition promotion and related evaluation guideline system.2. The human resources operation mode of the large-scale conglomerates to increase competitiveness. The relationship between human resources and private enterprise international competitiveness is analyzed. The influence of investment characteristic of human resources on private enterprise international competitiveness is discussed in terms of the transmission mechanism between human resources management and the private enterprise core competitiveness. The human resources evaluation and evaluation methods, and the human resources value measurement are presented, which establishes the new human resources measurement and evaluation mode. Finally the human resources development strategy to increase private enterprise international competitiveness is provided.3. The capital expansion mode of the large-scale conglomerates to increase competitiveness. Firstly the motivation of private enterprise expansion is analyzed; secondly the enterprise horizontal acquisition gaming and the non cooperation gaming of the horizontal acquisition are analyzed by Cournot oligarch competition model and oligarch monopolization market gaming. Next the scale profit of private enterprise horizontal acquisition such as the gaming of vertical acquisition, motivation of vertical acquisition, non cooperation of vertical acquisition is analyzed. Finally the cooperation of private enterprise is discussed in terms of cooperation gaming mode, and profit distribution rule and methods. 4. The technology innovation mode of the large-scale conglomerates to increase competitiveness. The technology innovation and economy increase theory and model are analyzed. Based on the connotation and characteristics of technology innovation, the relationship between technology innovation and private enterprise core competitiveness is studied by analyzing the significance, types and processes of technology innovation. Finally the core technology innovation promotion measures based on technology integrations are provided.5. The enterprise culture mode of the large-scale conglomerates to increase competitiveness. The relationship between enterprise culture and different management sectors is discussed in terms of the relationship between enterprise culture and onsite production management, enterprise culture and quality management, enterprise culture and cost management, and enterprise culture and environment management. The private enterprise culture dimension is defined and the people involved in the private enterprise culture orientation are evaluated. Finally the compatibility between private enterprise culture and enterprise strategic vision is studied from the perspective of compatibility between enterprise culture and strategy. It is pointed out that the relationship between enterprise culture and enterprise strategy should be further strengthened.6. The governance pattern of the large-scale conglomerates competition promotion. Hackled the theories framework, analyzed the influence of governance on their strategy choice for national enterprises on the basis of two governance patterns. Combining the current governance situation of the national enterprises, it put forward the thinking of improving and reforming national enterprise governance.
