Study On The Industrialization Of Rural Renewable Energy Of Beijing

With the emergence of the energy crisis and the environment deterioration, the development of the rural renewable energy is becoming more and more important. It has been the main part of the sustainable development and the important content of the new socialist countryside construction. After thirty years' development of the rural renewable energy of Beijing, some industry basis and development advantages have been established. Many problems and difficulties still exist, such as investment, service, industry chain construction, etc. Further research is needed to solve these problems. The construction of the research-produce-sell-serve chain and realization of the rural renewable energy industrialization can solve the rural energy deficiency problem and change the unsustainable production mode. This can help the peasant overcome the poor situation and the vicious circle of the ecological environment destruction. The extensive market of the rural renewable energy industry can improve the rural economy, and make the rural renewable energy industry become the new economic growth point of the rural areas in Beijing.According to the theory of industry economics, circular economics and institutional economics, drawing lessons from the renewable energy industrialization at home and abroad, the research analyzes the present situation, the favorable condition, the problems and the influence factors, makes the strategies of rural renewable energy industrialization of Beijing. Through the case study of the scheme of rural renewable energy industry development of Daxing area in Beijing, a typical case of how to prompt rural renewable energy industrialization was set up. This has important guidance meanings for the government to establish development scheme and policies of Beijing. It may also help the other provinces and cities carry out their plans of rural renewable energy industrialization. The main content of the research is composed of four parts, including eight chapters:The first part includes chapter one. It is the starting point and the base of the research. The background, the purpose and the significance were introduced. The present research situation of the renewable energy and industrialization at home and abroad were summarized. The research methods, the main innovation and the technical route of the research were introduced.The second part includes chapter two and chapter three. The theory and the experience bases of this research were established. The meaning of rural renewable energy industrialization was defined. The different periods of the rural renewable energy industry development were described. It introduces the theory development and the contents of the industry economics, the presence and the theory of the circular economics, the development of the institutional economics including institutional transition theory and institutional innovation theory. The guidance meanings of these theories for rural renewable energy industrialization were analyzed. These constitute the theory base of the research of the renewable energy industrialization. The development condition and tendency, and the policies for advancing the renewable energy industry development at home and abroad were introduced. The success was summarized. This can supply the basis for establishing the development strategies of rural renewable energy industrialization of Beijing.The third part includes chapter four to chapter seven. It is the core of this research. The present situation of the rural renewable energy industry of Beijing was investigated comprehensively and systematically. The advantage and disadvantage of rural renewable energy industriliazation of Beijing were analyzed. Based on the diamond model of Michael.E.Porter, the impact factors of rural renewable energy industrialization from the six sides, including production element, market demand, enterprise strategy, related industry, opportunity and government, were analyzed. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the importance of the factors was evaluated, and the key factors of the rural renewable energy industrialization of Beijing were found out. Based on the previous conclusion, the strategies for the rural renewable energy industrialization of Beijing were established. The strategies include expanding the market scale based on the development aim, perfecting the incentive mechanism and broadening the investment ways, culturing the rural renewable energy market and improving the technology, constructing the industry chain and forming the advantage of industry cluster, harmonizing the government management and clarifying the management function, strengthening the propaganda and enhancing the social recognition. Through the development strategies establishing, it can guide the progress for the rural renewable energy industrialization of Beijing. At last, through the scheme of rural renewable energy industry development of Daxing area in Beijing, it sets a typical case of how to prompt rural renewable energy industrialization.The fourth part includes chapter eight. It summarizes the main contents and gives the prospects of the research.
