Along with the large-scale land confiscation spreads all over the suburb area in our country, large numbers of land-requisitioned farmers come into our eyeshot. The problems of the land-requisitioned farmers become one of the important points of the newly "Sannong" problems.When most of the researchers pay their attention to the farmers' benefits-protection and the institution of compensation, some of them subtly observe the hardness in the farmers' role-conversion. Some of their researches lead me to the real life of the land-requisitioned farmers after their land confiscation.During the process of land confiscation, the government brings the farmers out of their usual life through some institutional arrangements, the order in suburb life is broken. At the same time, they try to send these people into another life style by some newly institutional arrangements in order to constitute the new order system. But being with the difference between the government's instituional arrangements and the farmers' real requirements, and with the lack of resource support, it not only makes the government's expectation of order-rebuilding be broken, but also leads to the order-reconstitution by the land-requisitioned farmers happen, and the provocation to the nowadays system.In order to grasp the course of the order-reconstitution definitely, keep the society in order, the paper chooses the area of Shanghai suburb to do our research. Based on the comparative analysis of the fore-and-aft institutional systems in the suburb area of Shanghai, the author provides some typical phenomena of order-reconstitution and the conception called institutional elastic space to describe the course of order-reconstitution. The author thinks that the existence of institutional elastic space and its' domination conduce to the order-reconstitution, which brings us some possibilities of institutional change.
