The Institutional Economics Research On Well-being Of Land-lost Farmers

In recent years,the development of Anshan city has made great achievements. I selected the town of Anshan City Qianshan Ning as the object of research, through questionnaires to understand the reality of the landless peasants of the most basic situation,and with a sense of happiness at home and abroad research and research methods,the introduction of the well-being measurement of landless peasants study, the basic situation of the landless peasants, employment,environment,health and security of a simple investigation and analysis,using factor analysis of landless peasants come to affect the happiness of several factors:life fitness factor,human capital factor and policy factors and health satisfaction factor.Theory of institutional economics analysis of the problem of landless peasants a sense of well-being has a unique analytical perspective and the more the better guide. According to the software analysis,I use institutional economics of property rights theory,the theory of institutional change, the informal system of factors derived from the theory of theoretical analysis.
