Research On E-Commerce Oriented One-To-Many Negotiation Support System

Presently, there are three systems which offer negotiation support on the internet: Automated Negotiation System, Negotiation Support System and Auction System. It is found that, among them, the first system still can not figure out the complicated negotiation problem absolutely; the second system just mainly makes the support of two-side negotiation; and the third system can only support the negotiation problem which has simplex object and attribute and specific utility function. But actually, there is a mass of one-to-many negotiations of multiattribute in reality which is short of the technical knowledge and does not confirm the utility function. In allusion to this instance, writer has researched an one-to-many negotiation support mode which is e-commerce oriented and has built and designed corresponding model and system.Firstly, writer has made the systemic analysis and programming in one-to-many negotiation mechanism and corresponding demand of negotiation support system, model construction and systematical function design and other facets.With the demand facet of one-to-many negotiation mechanism of purchase oriented and corresponding negotiation support system, writer has brought forward the conception mode of one-to-many negotiation of purchase oriented based on the analysis of conflict point, which is found on the research on the features of one-to-many problem, and writer has demonstrated the mathematic analysis about one-to-many negotiation problem which is purchase oriented in goal, hypothesis, step and so on. Based on those, writer has made the detailed demand analysis on the one-to-many negotiation system which is built by purchase oriented.With the facet of model construction, writer has construct the support model of negotiation in total process according to pre-negotiation, negotiation and after negotiation.For the pre-negotiation support, writer has emphasized on the settlement of the selection and convocation problem of many-side negotiators before negotiation, which is the sixty-four-dollar question to form the one-to-many negotiation in the pre-negotiation while one-to-many negotiation refers to many negotiators. Writer has constructed a gray target's decision of the selection of model many-side negotiators which is based on conflict point analysis by partial integrated algorithm which belongs to group decision model. Based on those, writer has built distribution negotiators convocation response model by Agent technology.For the negotiation support, writer has emphasized on the support of the settlement of negotiation solution and the process support problem. The solution's space of one-to-many negotiation is larger than the one of two-side negotiation. The support model of the settlement of negotiation mainly accomplishes the following tasks: one is that the model analyzes the current of diminishing conflict between each of many-side negotiators and one-side negotiator, that is the associated analysis between the submitting solution serials of many-side negotiators and the one of one-side negotiator, which reflects the co-operation between them. The other is that the model is the solution of optimization about analyzing each of round negotiations and it supports the propositional solution for each of negotiators'next submitting solutions, which reflects the competition among the many-side negotiators. Aim at the features of the problem of the solution support for one-to-many negotiation, writer has built a gray associated algorithm by gray associated analysis theory, which is based on the conflict point analysis, and writer has also offered the solution support for one-to-many negotiation according to co-operation (conflict diminution) and competition (optimization research). One-to-many negotiation is the one of many negotiators'participation, then it is another supporting problem during negotiation that the system need communicate solutions each other during the whole negotiating process. Writer has built a support model of distribution negotiating process by Agent technology.Finally, based on the foundation of previous work, writer has designed the support system of one-to-many negotiation which is e-commerce oriented, which can offer the software supporting situation and decision-making support for the one-to-many e-commerce negotiation on the telenet in different places. Meanwhile, writer has made detailed description about systematic structure and electrical contract, negotiators'communication and other key technology. The research has set up a new one-to-many negotiation support mode which is purchase oriented. Meanwhile, based on the foundation, the research has constructed the one-to-many negotiation support model which is purchase oriented and corresponding support system. The research has also filled up the short research on the problem of one-to-many negotiation support in the e-business. The negotiation mechanism and model which the research has applied are the innovation of the existing methods and theories.
