Study On The Mode Of The Resource-oriented Industrial Cluster

The overexploitation of natural resources aggravates the Ecological Footprint of the resources-based cities, and hindered the healthy development of these cities. In this context, for resources-based cities, the strategy of sustainable development inevitably becomes the preferred strategy for urban development. Taking into account the development of resource-based industries showing the trend of regional agglomeration, it is necessary to discus the formation and evolution, the develop mode of the resource-oriented industry cluster, which is significant for the reform and practice of conversion and sustainable development of resource--based cities, and for promoting the development of regional economics.Based on the literature reviews on the resources-based city, the development of industrial clusters and other related issues, this dissertation focuses on the following three main aspects:First, the formation mechanism, evolution, and mode choosing of resource-oriented industrial cluster were discussed. This dissertation pointed out that the network system with core-the external structure is more appropriate to the resource-oriented industry cluster; the interactive influence of resources networks and knowledge networks promotes the advent of the innovation network of clusters under the three-tier learning mechanism.Second, the association mechanism between resource-oriented industrial cluster and the city was focused on. It is pointed out that the resource-oriented industrial cluster and recycling economy can achieve the best ecological coupling through the eco-industrial park model.Third, the relationship between the resource-oriented industrial cluster and regional economic development was explored. Based on the analysis of influence of regional economic integration on the resource-based industry clusters, and regional economic effects of the resource-oriented industry cluster, metal industry in Anhui Province was selected as a empirical example to discus the relationship between industrial clustering and regional economic growth. This paper proposes the innovation as follows:(1)Propose the network with the leading layer co-led by"focus Enterprise-government"and service layer and network layer structure based on the general structure of industrial clusters; and explored the function of focus enterprise and government.(2)Discuss the role of resource-oriented industry cluster in promoting economic restructuring of the resource-based city; and develop the ideas of urban sustainable development based on the resource-based industry cluster symbiotic network.(3)Analyze the interactive of resource-oriented industrial clusters and regional economic, and the differences between resource-oriented industry clusters regional economic effect and non- resource-oriented industry clusters'; the differences mainly reflecting the indicators: number of enterprise, industrial added value, capital concentration were preliminarily analyzed.
