Knowledge diffusion is the foundation of knowledge reusing and valuation copying and it plays a core actor in knowledge management. Traditional research on knowledge diffusion is focused on single organization, in which models are built up to improve diffusion. As for project, mechanism for promting knowledge diffusion has been deeply studied under cultural difference, distrubted geography and truct. Nowadays, multi-organizations have been popular such as supply chain, virtual enterprises, etc. Knowledge diffusion makes platform for multi-organizations' operation, the same as for multi-organizational project. However, knowledge in multi-organizational project is more hampered by cultural difference, distrubted geography and truct than in single-organizational project, and characteristics of being temporary and resource-limited are more prominent which the frontier makes members of project be negative and even boycott knowledge diffusion, and the latter demands efficiency instead of scale in knowledge diffusion. In addition unefficient diffusion in over-all domains makes it more negative for members to take part in it. So the key point for knowledge diffusion in multi-organizational project has been transferred from diffusion improvement to diffusion in effect, and optimizing diffusion route has become an important method for it. Contrast with single-orgizational information systems integration project, multi-organizational one has obvious characteristic of standing in different profit group, and knowledge lies in core status and it adds worries of knowledge being let out to decrease initiative of members participating; knowledge is being updated during the process of gradual aim clearing and it adds no-efficiency in over-all diffusion; knowledge is packed in information systems and it needs more resource in the procedure of communication among members. So, there are prominent contradictions for knowledge diffusion in multi-organizational information systems integration project between high necessity for diffusion and low enthusiasm for participating and between high limit for resource and low efficiency in diffusing. Optimizing knowledge diffusion route becomes primary task according to it.In order to test that knowledge diffusion is being highly demanded in multi-organizational information systems integration project, hypothesis is put forward that knowledge diffusion make much affection on multi-organizational information systems integration project and evaluation method for project quality is built up on data-quality, data-valuation and data-cost on foundation of defining and characteristic analyzing information systems integration project. According to empirical research, factor analysis and route analysis, the hypothesis is confirmed, which means knowledge diffusion is critic successful factor in information systems integration project. On the other hand, constrains for knowledge diffusion in such project are got according to analyzing the characteristic of project, such as multi-organization, gradual aim clearing and resource limited.In addition, mechanism of how knowledge diffusion affects multi-organizational information systems integration project is researched. Knowledge accumulation model is built with extended learning curve. Then the affection on project schedule, cost and quality produced by knowledge sharing degree, innovation degree in integration (difficulty degree of integration) and capability of members for knowledge capture is shown with this model and calculus examples are brought up. The hypothesis above is confirmed through model analysis, and it can be get that the knowledge sharing degree, innovation degree in integration (difficulty degree of integration) and capability of members for knowledge capture are key factors for impaction on information systems integration project given by knowledge diffusion.Further more, taking account of the contradictions it can be seen that unefficient knowledge diffusion is the final reason. Based on the similarity on multi-organizations and multi-domains between synergy product development and information systems integration, design structure model (DSM) model is introduced and knowledge related matrix (KRM) model is built. Then, optimization strategy is put forward that building diffusion route according to the dependency of knowledge domains and subdividing them on impaction given by knowledge static characteristic which are knowledge sharing degree, capability of members for capturing knowledge and kindness degree of members basing on the mechanism above and KRM model.Additionally, knowledge alternating model (KAM) is built up on foundation of knowledge dynamic characteristic and optimization strategy is put forward that diffusion schedule could be planned according to different alternating shape of these two knowledge domains on dependency and route could be subdivided on impaction produced by innovation degree in information systems integration (difficulty degree for integration) .In the end, application case of information systems integration project in enterprise is brought up to show that the models built above are in effect and with practical value, and knowledge diffusion route optimizing is implemented with these strategies above.
