With development of the global industry economic,logistics has come to be important competitive field as well as the primly and vital part of national economy. The circulation will contribute to the modernization of production to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the national economy and the level of operation. Automotive industry is one of the typical and complex manufacturing.Modern logistics technological application of the most important areas of its logistics system is the key link between the various departments to coordinate the operation.As the car manufacturing industry faced constantly changing business environment,in pursuit of profits at the same time they are under the tremendous risks.How to make use of advanced modern logistics concept to transform the traditional business model of logistics,how to strengthen the manufacturing business and professional logistics coordination is the key to the realization of China's automobile manufacturing and modern logistics business sustainable development.We can imagine in the future the automobile manufacturers coordinated logistics system business will achieve competitive advantage and be an important source of value-added value.This paper bases on the system,information theory and co-evolution as the guiding ideology, then uses the theories and methods like collaborative learning,optimization,game theory,etc.to build an automobile manufacturing logistics coordination,and do collaborative research in the logistics business of sustainable development mechanisms of evolution,time control method,the cost of coordination and strategy for the distribution of profits model,and logistics coordination system for in-depth analysis of the performance.In chapter 1,based on the information of Chinese manufacture and the great effect of collaborative e-commerce,background and significance of the research are introduced;The development trend and the current research situations of the cross-cooperation mode,logistics decision optimization and the lack of information approaches by ASP are expatiated.Finally,the framework of multi-elements and main contents in the dissertation is proposed.
