The Study On The Project R&D Cost Of Automotive Control Panel Of F Company

As the development of economic globalization, integration and economical market, the competitivity of the Business success of each project actually means to improve its market share, but it does not mean that each project will bring net benefits for the enterprise. So companies need to strengthen project cost control, and strive to obtain the maximum net. To effectively within the enterprise to respond quickly to external dynamic environment, cultivate long-term competitive advantage, as the auto industry at all stages of the project manager is necessary to strengthen the entire project cycle cost management and control, and strengthen project cost management has become a long-term survival of enterprises and development of the inevitable choice.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background in domestic and international and the significance of research on project cost management; secondly,basis of the characteristics and status of project development costs on the use of project cost management theory, project lifetime managment, benchmarking theory, study the situation of the project R&D cost of F company, identify the budget issue and the management issues of the project R&D cost and confirm the key factors of the issues; Again, this paper estibalishted the life time cost management module, and define the general improvement actions, and define how to improve the budget issue from budget system, budget process and budgement management, and define how to improve the R&D control issue from local labour cost, production validation cost, European labour cost and sample cost. Finally, in order to make sure the actions can be implemented effectively, define the guarantee actions. And also pre-assess the result of the actions. Implement the defined actions mentioned in this paper to the Bx7 project, from the improved data, we can see, the overbudget issue of total R&D cost can be improved significant from 48% to 13%, and the local labour cost, production validation cost, European labour cost can be improved dramatically.Based on the study of the R&D cost improvement of control panel in F company, hope we can find a effective solution to improve the R&D cost in F company, in order to improve the project margin, strength the competive.
