China's Recycling Economy Development Model Study

Since the second world war, along with the unceasing development of the science and technology and market economy, the economic development, which takes GDP as main target and takes industrialization as main content, has got obvious effect in the whole world. However, what go after quantity type economic growth has brought about a lot of serious problems, such as resources drying up, environmental pollution , ecological deterioration, the resources and environmental bottleneck of the economic growth appears gradually. Nowadays, it is a vital problem for all countries' economic growth to develop circular economy , change the economic growth mode , run after sustainable development. The developed countries such as USA , Germany , Japan , Denmark , France walks in developing circular economy front row, these countries take developing circular economy as important approach of sustainable development, have formed the characteristic mode of circular economic growth, and have gotten objective economic effect, social effect and ecological effect. That provids experience to draw and describes vast development prospect for the development of our country's ciacular economy. China is a large developing country that resources is relatively deficient and environmental capacity is less, it is far lower than the international average level that resources average per person reserves, utilization efficiency, regenerating utilization efficiency.And China has a large population in addition, environment capacities are extremely not sanguine, the ecological environment become worsens day by day. Because of these,our country's economic and social develpoment is confronted with serious restriction of resources and envrionmental.Therefor, it is necessary and urgent for our country to develop circular economy. However, at present, our country's circular economy is still in starting phase, constructing developing mode of circular economy which is surtable for the situation of our country has become a task of top priority.This thesis is made up by seven parts. The first part is introduction, the thesis' background and significance, the object and method of research, the basic thoughts and structure, and contribution in brief has been included. The second part is the literature summary, the domestic and overseas theory research results about the development of circular economy has been analysed, and brief commentary to these research results has been given. The third part is theoretical research on developing mode of circular economy, in this part, the theory about cricular ecnomy and its developing mode have been primarily studied. The forth part is the overseas typical developing modes of circular economy and enlightenment, the mode of circular consumption in USA, the mode of DSD in Germany, the mode of legislation pushing forward in Japan, the mode of ecological industrial garden in Denmark, and the mode of trade association pushing forward in France have been respectively introduced, and based on these modes, six pieces of enlightenment have been given. The fifth part is the choice of our country's developing mode of circular economy, in this part, the thoughts and principles to the choice have been definituded, theoretic basis, experience basis, objective basis and real basis have been expounded,the Circulating and Symbiotic Mode of Double Systems for our country's development of circular economy has been constructed and the characteristics of this mode has been summarized. And the sixth part is the supporting system of our country's development of circular economy, the supporting system, made up by theory, policy, institution, technology and consensus, has been designed.The action mechanism between each support essential factor and developing mode of circular economy, and among the factors has been analyzed. Finally, the concrete measures have been proposed to constructs this mode in this part. In the last part, the conclusions have been made, and some subjects need further research have been proposed.The conclusions are the theoretical system of circular economy need urgently to been constructed, the developing mode of circular economy in China not to be able to imitate the overseas mode completely, constructing developing mode of circular economy which is suitable for the situation of our countr is necessary, the construction of our country's developing mode of circular economy need the supports all of the theory, policy, system, technology, and consensus. Certainly, the method of evaluation of the mode and the harmony among the factors need to been researched in futher.The innovation of this thesis including the theoretical innovation about circular economy and its developing mode, constructing the developing mode of our country's circular economy, designning the supporting system to the developing mode.
