Study On The Developmental Mode Of Circular Economy Of The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The contradiction between economy developed and the environment protecting has become the most important problem of the whole world. International community has brought forward a series of developing modes and strategies, Circular Economy is a important way to resolve this problem.Inner Mongolia's economy increasing has not harmonized with environment, so it's important to establish the Circular Economy developing mode. Bases on theories and investigation, the paper establishes the Circular Economy developing mode of Inner Mongolia. At last, it analyses the factors that affect Inner Mongolia to develop the Circular Economy and establish evaluation system of Circular Economy developing ability of Inner Mongolia.The main contents and innovation on this paper are listed as follows:1. The paper studies on the developing mode of some foreign and domestic countries, and analyses their successful experience, then analyses the problems in our country.2. Analyses the inside and outside tactic environment, and evaluates the factors of inside and outside tactic environment through AHP. At last, it points out the critical factors that affect the Circular Economy developing of Inner Mongolia.3. Establishing the Circular Economy developing mode of Inner Mongolia from Industrial mode, technical mode, managing mode and financing mode, then analyses the developing mode of Mengxi Ecological Industrial Park and Wulan cement Group, which prove this mode's valid.4. Establish evaluation system of Circular Economy developing ability of Inner Mongolia. The evaluation model is designed by using Fuzzy Evaluation and AHP from Industry, technique, management and finance. At last the paper evaluates the Inner Mongolia's Circular Economy developing status.
