Most developed countries have adopted advanced traceability management system to strictly supervise and manage the breeding,slaughtering,processing and product quality of livestock and poultry products.China's national,provincial and municipal quality safety supervision and traceability system for agricultural products are under active preparation.In this context,the large pig production and processing enterprises in Funing district of Qinhuangdao have also started to establish the traceability system of meat quality and safety.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to establish a set of tracing system for quality and safety of live pig products with reasonable design for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Supervisory Department of Funing District,simple operation and strong pertinence,effectively supervise and manage the production and marketing of live pig products,improve the management level of live pig industry in Funing district,and reflect product grade and quality.First,based on the district pig industry regulation scope and workflow,the information collection points,monitoring objects,detection targets and monitoring methods are refined,the management flow,information flow and responsibility flow of each information collection point which conforms to the national management norms are analyzed,the system of the construction of the guiding ideology and system implementation safeguard measures is established,which meets the needs of the management of network information.Second,According to the current supervision system of pig production and circulation in China,from the perspective of the development and design of the supervision traceability information system,the supervision functions of agricultural departments were defined and HACCP analysis was conducted.Based on the analysis results,the monitoring points were determined,the regulatory authority was assigned,and the core database of the system was determined to be composed of the live pigs industry and live pigs supervision database.The overall framework of the system was designed.Then,the information standards of raw pig ear label,slaughtering processing code and barcode sales are defined,the system coding technology is selected,the product coding rules are developed,and the information standardization and collection system design of traceability system are completed.Finally,the system database and the software are designed in detail.The system integrates the functions such as the information collection,certificate management,traceability information query,statistical analysis,etc.In order to facilitate real-time query of users,it provides a simple tracking and querying function of pig product information through the sales of small bills barcode and self-service.The complaint acceptance website provides the final information inquiry channel,evidence collection,complaint acceptance and adjustment services based on the circulation identifier of pig products in users' hands.
