The Theoretical And Demonstration Research On Tourist Urban Management

With the rapid development of world tourism, the phenomena of cities"tourlized"and urbanization of tour destination are becoming more and more prominent. All these promote the function and facilities of cities more cater for a tourist urban in the course of urban plan and construction, which meet the requirement of tourism and meanwhile form the convergence and development of tourist economic elements. As the carrier of tourist development, tourist urban management is the key problem to be solved in the urban development of our country, and it would bring significant influence to the development of economy and society of our country.This article first explores the viewpoints concerning the study of tourist urban management. Then it investigates the theories, modes, policies and evaluation systems of tourist urban management. On the basis of the study, the author raises Xiamen as an example to perform demonstration research. The followings are the innovations of this article.First, this article establishes concept system concerning tourist urban management. The key point is the innovation of cognition to the concept of tourist urban and tourist urban management. The cognition and illustration of the concepts founds the basis of the deep exploration into tourist urban management.Second, this article constructs the theoretical framework of tourist urban management. Through the study into the frame of elements, content system, implementing route, the author analyses the tourism policy in the course of tourism urban management, puts forward influential solutions of policy to tourist urban management, which will help the tourist urban managers change their visual angle, therefore further their understanding of the nature of tourist urban management, and provide the tourist urban management practice with theoretical guidance.Last but not the least, this article establishes the evaluation index system of tourist urban management, puts forward the view of evaluating the comprehensive representation of tourist urban management from the aspects of tourism attraction, tourism expansibility and tour indemnificatory. This mode of evaluation is scientific and feasible, which can assist the tourism urban manager evaluate the circulation status of the management, thus provide powerful tools for the scientific management and decision-making. In the demonstration research, the author raises the tourist urban management in Fujian Province as example, tests the evaluation index system of tourist urban management. Through the research into the practical data of the urban, the article proves the feasibility and reliability of the evaluation index system, and puts forward beneficial suggestions and solutions to tourist urban management.
