Food is the basis for human survival and development,so the security of food is of vital importance to human society.The food safety problems are triggered due to a combination of factors.Due to the characteristics of food such as short shelf life,special demand for temperature and so on,food should be kept in a required temperature range in logistics or the food will deteriorate.A deteriorating food is certainly to lead to food safety accidents if it is used as normal food.Food cold chain plays an important role in food security.For a combination of reasons,the food cold chain develops very slowly in China and food suffers a great loss in quantity and quality in the course of food cold chain.So in order to develop food cold chain in China,it makes sense to study food cold chain collaboration.By way of literatures review and investigation,this dissertation combines general system theory,logistics management theory,collaborative theory and so on with the development of food cold chain in China and then makes relatively deep research in this area.On the basis of analysis,this dissertation studies the theory and method of food cold chain logistics system collaboration.After that,this dissertation makes deep analysis on an example and proposes countermeasures.The research in this dissertation can help to make decision in cold chain field.There are many innovations in this dissertation as stated below:1.This dissertation makes relatively deep analysis on the food cold chain logistics system and lays a solid foundation to the afterwards research work. Specifically,this dissertation proposes the connotation of the food cold chain system and then analyzes the factors,frame and function of the system.2.This dissertation proposes the notion of food cold chain system collaboration and then defines the object,principle and type of collaboration.According to the range of management,this dissertation analyzes the collaboration at the strategic level,tactical level and operation level.3.This dissertation combines collaboration theory and rough set theory in the course of food cold chain system establishment and analysis.Also,this dissertation uses a real logistics system in the empirical study and makes the study much more reliable and useful.4.This dissertation proposes some practical suggestions on the food cold chain collaboration such as how to reduce the cost of the system,how to improve resource utilization,enlarge the size of the system,improve human resourse quality and so on.In addition,there are 49 figures and 21 tables in the dissertation.We also have referred to 224 reference documents.
