Food as a special product,from raw material production to finished product sales,the whole process can not be separated from the support of cold chain logistics.However,the level of development of food cold chain logistics in China is still backward,which causes a lot of problems: the high cost of logistics,the logistics efficiency is low,the major food safety incidents have occurred,these problems are not only closely related with people's life,but also seriously affect the development of food industry in china.Based on the summary of related research on collaboration of food cold chain logistics system,two-level supply chain system,consisting of food distributors,logistics(transport enterprises)and food vendors,using the theory of system dynamics for modeling and simulation of food cold chain logistics system,The importance of information sharing between enterprises of food cold chain is studied.This paper firstly describes the present development situation of China's food cold chain logistics,discover and analyze the existing problems of food cold chain logistics,and then research on food cold chain logistics related theory: theory,food cold chain logistics related theory,synergy theory and system dynamics theory.Based on the above basic theories,the cold chain logistics system and its coordination are analyzed,and then the cost of food cold chain logistics is analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the modeling and Simulation of food cold chain logistics system.According to the characteristics of cold chain logistics system,establish the causal feedback system,in-depth analysis of the relationship between the variables in the system,and then construct a system dynamics model in the traditional mode and in information collaborative mode.the above SD model were simulated respectively,comparative analysis of logistics cost and the inventory and transportation quantity change under two modes,found that the bullwhip effect exists in the system,and demonstrates the importance of the implementation of information coordination in the food cold chain in the logistics system.Finally,according to the simulation results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the food cold supply chain management.
