With our country's system of "planned economy" gradually die,won the rapid development of market economy,the increasing competition in the industry.In the face of fierce market competition,performance become the core of enterprise management goal,is an important source of enterprise gain competitiveness.But throughout the human resources management of the domestic enterprise and the enterprise's strategic development target discrepancy problem,it is difficult to give full play to its function to the promotion of enterprise performance.To change this situation,we must do a good job in human resources management to rise to the development of the enterprise strategic level,to create a perfect strategic human resource management system,and formed the relevant system.Based on this,this paper studies the mechanism of the effect of strategic human resources management on enterprise performance.Through empirical investigation,data analysis specifically explores the impact of implementing strategic human resources management on enterprise performance.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the mechanism of strategic human resource management on enterprise performance is discussed.This paper analyses the main factors that can affect enterprise performance,and concludes from a theoretical point of view that the mutual coordination between strategic human resource management policy and enterprise strategy and enterprise competitive advantage constitutes the mutual coordination mechanism of the influence of strategic human resource management on enterprise performance.Secondly,we conducted an empirical study on the impact of strategic human resource management on enterprise performance.After a series of regression analysis and results,the relationship between human resource management and enterprise performance is obtained.By referring to the experimental data,it is finally proved that human resource management can promote enterprise performance.According to the actual comprehensive indicators,it shows that the relationship between strategic human resource management and enterprise performance indicators is positively correlated with financial target rate,customer satisfaction,product and service quality,new product development speed,and negatively correlated with employee absence rate and turnover rate.Finally,according to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the strategic human resource management measures to improve enterprise performance.In order to promote enterprises to better improve the management mechanism,establish human resources management system,pay attention to the construction of organizational training system,so that the core of related management work can be in line with organizational strategy.With these measures,strategic human resource management can serve the performance of enterprises more effectively.
