The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Social Capital On Technological Innovative Performance

Knowledge economy based on knowledge production and distribution and usage takes science and technology as core,especially emphasizing effect of innovation.Only being innovative unceasingly,can enterprise gain sustained competitive advantage and high speed healthy development.Professor Joseph A.Schumpeter of Harvard University thinks that the most important driving force of economic growth and the prime basic headspring lie in the enterprise innovative activity,it is entrepreneur that drives enterprise to be innovative,economy and social benefits are the criterion checking that innovative activity is effective or not and realizing degree.With the visual angle of innovation theory changing from economic principles to management principles and evoluting to sociology visual angle,research about the visual angle of entrepreneurial innovation changes from individual quality and characteristic to entrepreneual social capital,several basic theories about entrepreneurial social capital and entrepreneurial innovation is still vague or settled.For example,what is entrepreneur social capital,how does entrepreneurial social capital function in technological innovative performance? the relation between entrepreneurial social capital and knowledge acquisition and technological innovative performance,the mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital affects knowledge acquisition and technological innovative performance etc.These problems solvion will produce important effect on present's the necessity studying about entrepreneurial social capital and enterprise technological innovation.Based on the above consideration,this dissertation will use sociology perspectives to study the impact of entrepreneurial social capital on technological innovative performance.Beginning with the analysis of entrepreneur,social capital and knowledge,this dissertation has built the synthetical model about enterprise technological innovation and used evolution game theory to analysis the effect mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital on enterprise technological innovation process,have drawn BASS diffusing model to study the effect mechanism of entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition from social capital on enterprise technological innovation performance.Further,this paper has defined the meaning of entrepreneurial social capital,analyzed relation between entrepreneurial social capital and entrepreneur knowledge acquisition and technological innovative performance.By questionnaire design and analyse,go deep into the relation between them.This paper's main content are organized as follows:A)This paper has built a synthetical theoretical analysis frame about technological innovation. Technological innovation is one all-around phenomenon of many dimensions interaction including entrepreneur,social capital and knowledge,not isolating effect.entrepreneur is the dominator in the process of enterprise technological innovation,knowledge is the key resource and s social capital is the importance ensures.On the basis of research of the interaction between entrepreneur,social capital and knowledge,this paper has brought forward one synthetical entire theoretical frame about enterprise technological innovation.After having analyzed implication of three-dimensional society capital and the prerequisite of knowledge exchanges in technological innovation,this paper have studied that society capital is the platform that the knowledge exchanges in technological innovation,have expounded the mechanism of society capital effect technological innovationB)This paper has applied evolution game theory to study the mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital effect on enterprise technological innovation in the technological innovation decision-making. As for technological innovation process,technological innovation decision-making is an important link without fail,entrepreneur bears decision-maker's important function in the process of enterprise technological innovation.After analyzing entrepreneur technological innovation principle and entrepreneur avail including economy avail and social avail,entrepreneur's economy avail is entrepreneur economy capital increment in the technological innovation activity,entrepreneur's social avail is entrepreneurial social capital increment in the technological innovation activity that is reputation.On analyzing entrepreneurial limited reason,this paper have used evolution game theory, studied the mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital effect on technological innovation decision-making the capital having expounded and proven entrepreneur society,thereby demonstrated a problem about keeping watch inverse image because of information asymmetric in the process of technological innovation.C)This paper applies BASS model to have studied the mechanism of entrepreneur society capital effect on knowledge acquisition and technological innovation performance. The ultimate purpose of enterprise technological innovation decision-making is to realize innovative best beneficial result.Knowledge has the characteristic of diffusing, spreading and increasing value,in substance enterprise technological innovation is the process of knowledge acquisition,knowledge accumulation,knowledge intergradations and knowledge utility,changes into the product and serves satisfying need of customer. This part has build a model about mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital effect on knowledge acquisition and how to diffuse and affect the enterprise technological innovation performance,has studied the mechanism of the entrepreneur original knowledge and the knowledge acquisition by entrepreneurial social capital enterprise systematization effect on enterprise technological innovation performance.D)Demonstration research. This paper adopts Nahapiet and Ghoshal(1997)three dimension of social capital,that is relational dimension,structural dimension and cognitive dimension,analyzing roundly entrepreneur society capital.Based on research achievement,this paper has structured concept model and bringing forward theory hypothesis,about entrepreneurial social capital affecting enterprise technological innovative performance,on the basis of qualitative analysis basis,it carried out a questionnaire,check the data gaining,carry out factor analysis,correlativity analysis and regression analysis,and work out regression regression coefficient. Conclusions and prospects of the study are generalized in the last part.It also gives this research's meaning in practice and theory.Innovations,limitations and future researches are also presented in the eighth chapter. The innovation in this paper can be summarized as the followings:A)Many research has studied on entrepreneurial social capital,but centered on mostly mainly single dimension.According to Nahapiet and Ghoshal(1998) three dimension of social capital,the paper has brought forward the comparative all-round entrepreneurial social capital containing inner and outside connection completely,in the same time,has brought forward measurement questionnaire. B)Previously the research about entrepreneurial social capital is confined to newly established enterprise only,centered on tangible resource acquisition such as the fund and manpower etc.But entrepreneurial social capital has important effect on enterprise growth and strength in the future.The thesis using multivariant return method,has studied entrepreneurial social capital the impact on knowledge acquisition and enterprise technological innovation performance.C)Previously research on entrepreneurial social capital function including knowledge acquisition and converse choice because information asymmetryetc is most qualitative analyse.Based On analyzing entrepreneurial limited reason and entrepreneurial social avail,this paper has applied evolution game theory to study the mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital effect on enterprise technological innovation in the technological innovation decision-making.D)At present,study about the mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital effect on enterprise technological innovative performance is in the concept analysis stage,this paper has drawn BASS diffusion model to structure symbolic logic model to study how entrepreneurial knowledge from social capital diffusing and affecting enterprise innovative performance.
