Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneur Prior Experience Knowledge Resources Acquisition And New Venture Performance

Entrepreneurship and innovation is source of economic vitality and the only way to achieve economic transformation and upgrading.The role of entrepreneurship in promoting economic development is self-evident.With the development of science and technology,the demand is constantly upgrading,the environment is changing,and new requirements for new ventures are put forward.The existing research points out that the entrepreneur,as the founder of the enterprise,has an important influence on the development of the new enterprise.The characteristics or abilities of entrepreneurs,such as experience and cognitive adaptability,will play a crucial role in the survival and development of enterprises.Based on this,this article to entrepreneurs and start-ups as the research object,the research results of previous scholars and research experience for integration,induction and analysis,then puts forward with previous experience and business performance of the relationship between related research hypothesis,and the test research hypothesis,namely clear there is a positive correlation between prior experience and entrepreneurial performance,knowledge resources would get to the identity of the intermediary variable plays a role of mediation in the process and cognitive adaptive adjustment,so as to explore the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial performance previous experience.This paper collects 193 valid questionnaires by the questionnaire survey method,and this paper uses the correlation analysis model,regression analysis to empirically test the hypothesis.The result shows: prior experience can improve new venture performance directly and also through mediating effect of acquisition of knowledge resources;and the relationship between prior experience and new venture performance will be negative moderated by cognitive adaptability,but the relationship between industry experience and new venture performance is not significant.The main contents of this paper is to build a mediation effect model with acquisition of knowledge resources and construct a moderating effect model with cognitive adaptability.This paper also provides some feasible suggestions for entrepreneurs.First,entrepreneurs should make effective use of prior experience.Second,entrepreneurs should pay attention to knowledge acquisition at the same time.Third,entrepreneurs should enhance their cognitive adaptability.These views are of great reference value for entrepreneurial practitioners.
