Research On Space Model And Incentive Mechanism Of Knowledge Sharing In Supply Chain

Knowledge has become the most important and scarce resources in supply chain; supply chain members having full and effective knowledge sharing has become the resources of competitive advantage in supply chain. However, the activities of knowledge-sharing in supply chain are generally difficult to carry out, or that effect being unsatisfactory; the fact is far from the feasibility on theory and the results to which people look forward. How to carry out knowledge-sharing has become a problem that can not be ignored and not be avoided in supply chain management.To some extent, knowledge-sharing is a game between enterprises of supply chain members. The fina result of which is determined by the decision-making behavior of the knowledge-sharing members. It is hard to take cooperative, consistent action in the course of knowledge-sharing for the enterprises of supply chain members, even if such an act can enhance the value of the enterprises of supply chain member themselves and the overall value of the supply chain. Accordingly, this paper sets the knowledge-sharing action to members of the supply chain as study object, and tries to find a solution in knowledge-sharing conduct. Knowledge-sharing in supply chain is a Prisoner's Dilemma under the conditions of rational constraint. Modern economics thinks that the approach of resolving the conflict between individual rationality and collective rationality is not to deny the former but to design a mechanism and attain to the latter at the premise of satisfing individual rationality. Therefore, the starting point of this article is to create an incentive mechanism that is favorable to cooperation in knowledge-sharing, and makes the member enterprises at the precondition of pursuiting of self-interest implement the maximizational overall profits of the supply chain. Such a mechanism could provide protection of system for long-term, effective developing the knowledge sharing in supply chain.Knowledge sharing in supply chain always starts in same cases. In my endeavor, we built a I-T-P space model about knowledge-sharing in supply chain, which is seen as the dependent environment of knowledge-sharing system in supply chain. At the aspect of designation of mechanism or system, it designs different incentive mechanisms for different space dimensions. Specifically speaking, it takes contract mechanism for the information dimension and the task dimension; it mainly designs the moral market mechanism of the supply chain of knowledge-sharing in preference dimension. We believe that the subject's behaviors of knowledge sharing in supply chain are primarily impacted and restricted by these two mechanisms. Through study, finally this paper forms the results as follows:Firstly, the supply chain divided into knowledge-based supply chain and the traditional supply chain, on this basis, it defines the broad sense concept of knowledge sharing and the narrow sense concept of knowledge sharing. through comparing the difference in knowledge innovation between the supply chain and other network organizations, it points out that the supply chain has dominance in knowledge innovation. Therefore, the supply chain is regarded as a effective knowledge sharing and innovation mechanism by linking isolated knowledge of members of corporateon.Secondly, it builds a knowledge sharing in supply chain, namely "I-T-P" Space Model. In terms of space theory, knowledge sharing in supply chain constitutes of different spaces: that is to say, it is made up of information space, task space and preference space, and they overlaps each other. this paper puts forward the space model on the knowledge sharing in supply chain, in fact which can be seen as the space theory of it. What is more, this theory has strong explanatory power. For example, preference space model can provide a theoretical support for the slection of partners in supply chain; the task space model can supply a theoretical explanation on process reengineering in supply chain.Thirdly, through quantitative analysis, it induces the optimal incentive contract of supply chain in different information structure and combination of different tasks. These contracts are the basis of the knowledge-sharing in supply chain system, and provides a theoretical guidance about how to motivate members of knowledge-sharing in the supply chain, also has a stronger significance for its.Finally, this thesis builds a moral market in knowledge-sharing in supply chain, and see it as a incentive meachanism of knowledge-sharing in supply chain. Morality is a very important factor among the many factors which affect the people's behavior, especially for the knowledge-sharing in supply chain. Putting morality into the study of knowledge-sharing in supply chain is a focus of future study, and also is an effective way to resolve the problem of knowledge sharing in supply chain. Here, moral market mechanisms and contracts mechanisms constitute a relatively complete incentive system in supply chain of knowledge-sharing, and jointly impact the behavior of the knowledge-sharing subject in supply chain of knowledge-sharing.
