Study On Knowledge Sharing And Knowledge Trading Among Enterprises In Supply Chain

Supply chain is the headspring of knowledge increasing and value creating for enterprises. The implementation of knowledge management in supply chain has been an effective way to improve the performance of whole supply chain. Knowledge sharing and knowledge transferring are the core contents of supply chain knowledge management. The knowledge sharing problems in supply chain are researched in this thesis. A knowledge-trading model among enterprises in supply chain is constructed from the point of view of trading, on which the strategies of improving the knowledge sharing level of enterprises in supply chain are based. It is meaningful to achieving the knowledge sharing and knowledge trading, improving the knowledge capability, strengthening the innovation ability, and then improving the competitive ability of whole supply chain.Firstly, the knowledge type and mode of knowledge flowing in supply chain are analyzed. At the same time, the factors, which influence the knowledge sharing level of enterprise in supply chain, are concerned. Then, the knowledge-sharing process model is designed on the base of analyzing the knowledge-sharing mode of enterprises in supply chain.Secondly, the knowledge market in supply chain is constructed from the view of point of knowledge trading. Then the main component, price system, market signal and operating mode of knowledge market in supply chain are researched. Moreover, the knowledge trading process is studied by using the principal-agent theory. The knowledge trading desire, knowledge trading ability and the knowledge trading environment are considered to be the factors that affect the knowledge sharing and knowledge trading of enterprises in supply chain.Finally, the strategies of improving the knowledge sharing level of enterprises in supply chain are figured out on the base of knowledge trading. These strategies include three components that based on trading desire, trading ability and trading environment separately.
