During the China 13th Five-Year plan, the functional orientation of China’s industry will face a major adjustment. Many manufacturing enterprises have already begun to transform from the traditional enterprise to the service-oriented manufacturing mode (SMN). In this mode, the quality of the product or service provided by the enterprise in SMN is the result of the collaboration of the whole network. Therefore, it is of great practical significance and guiding role to study the quality control in the process of SMN transformation. The main content of the thesis can be divided into three parts as follows:First of all, this paper reveals the structure of the service-oriented manufacturing network, constructs the evaluation system of the node quality behavior and establishes the collaborative evaluation method. By sorting out the research literature of service-oriented manufacturing network, this paper proposes the hierarchical organization chart and synergy structure diagram of the node quality behavior, and recognizes that SMN is a hierarchical cooperative organization and nodes at different levels have different characteristics. In this paper, the evaluation index system of the synergy of SMN node quality behavior is constructed from three aspects, efficiency, structure and mechanism, and the co-entropy and synergy degree is redefined as a tool to measure the quality behavior synergy of SMN nodes. These work have completed the theoretical basis for the synergy evaluation of the SMN node quality behavior.In the second place, based on an example, this paper makes a research on the synergy evaluation of the node quality behavior in SMN. This part is the core part of the thesis. The theoretical basis are verified and analyzed by an example in it, specifically including the synergy evaluation of the various levels of nodes in the case, and the synergy characteristic of different levels are obtained. The results show that:the level of synergetic mechanism in the middle layer of SMN is the lowest, while the level of synergetic efficiency of the node layer is the lowest and the the level of synergetic structure of the integration execution layer is the worst.Thirdly, this paper proposes a targeted quality behavior control strategy based on the characteristics of the SMN node quality behavior. According to the synergy features based on the case analyzed above, this part proposes control strategy of quality behavior synergy and considers that the synergy of SMN provider department can be improved by selecting a high quality partnership and establishing an auxiliary mechanism. While the enterprises of node layer should strengthen the mutual effect and sharing effect and avoid the bureaucratic mechanism and inefficient in order to improve the synergetic efficiency. The enterprises of integration can be divided by "high cohesion, low coupling" organization structure and strengthen the application of information integration technology to enhance the structural synergy.Through the research, this paper initially constructs the theory system of the synergy evaluation of the node quality behavior and then makes the research more practical significance through an case analysis. This study has a certain reference value for the quality control problem of our manufacturing enterprises in the transition period.
