China's telecommunications industry has been showing growth in recent years and has become an important driving force for economic growth, but behind the adoption of growth, there can be seen that the lower prices of telecommunications products and user growth. As soon as possible to develop new business growth has become the focus attention of the competent Government of the telecommunications industry, telecommunications companies and research institutions, transformation and innovation has become the main theme of the telecommunications industry in recent years. In the "transition" under the main theme, telecommunications value-added services have openly become a new market growth for the operators chase. Although both the control of departments and enterprises has invest in value-added services of the enormous human and material resources, however, the development of value-added services can not be optimistic about the status quo.In this paper, it chose the best embody of the differentiation advantage of operators and the need for multi-type cooperation needed information service of the mobile value-added services business, based on classical economics and game theory to study mobile value-added information services business rates system, and the development model of such service platform providers in the early and the long-term market.This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter for the introduction, the second chapter for the summary of the theory, while the third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters are the core of this article.
